Hannah glanced over at the tablet. She was supposed to take the third track before. But with Bagot out now, everyone behind him had shifted as a result.
Now she was on the second and Juarez family was on the third track.

The staff motioned to Hannah.

The staff handed Hannah a topographic map. “Since you’re new to the area, you better check out the race terrain beforehand.”
“None of you know the layout today, so it’s a level field. Fair for everyone,” they added.

Once alone, she studied the map. No major hazards stood out.
Today’s race was through mountain terrain with a few tricky U-turns.
